Subscription Renewals

If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, your selected payment method may be charged at the beginning of each renewal period unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription if you no longer wish to continue the service.
Refund Policy
All payments made for ChessMaster products, subscriptions, digital content, premium features, virtual items, or other services are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that payments are generally non-refundable.
- Partially used subscription periods are not refundable.
- Unused subscription time is not refundable.
- Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund.
- Activated or accessed digital products may not be refundable.
- Promotional and discounted purchases may also be non-refundable.
Unauthorized payments or technical transaction errors may be reviewed by ChessMaster support in accordance with applicable law and the policies of the relevant payment provider.
Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription through the available cancellation options provided by ChessMaster or the applicable payment provider.
- Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
- You may continue using subscription benefits until the current billing period ends.
- Cancelling does not provide a refund for payments already made.
User Conduct
When using ChessMaster, you agree not to:
- Cheat or manipulate chess games.
- Use bots or unauthorized automation.
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities.
- Manipulate ratings, rankings, or game results.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Send spam or unwanted messages.

- Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
Digital Content and Virtual Items
ChessMaster may provide digital content, virtual items, premium features, coins, or other virtual benefits.
- Digital items may have no real-world monetary value.
- They may not be exchanged for cash.
- They may not be transferred outside ChessMaster without authorization.
- ChessMaster may modify or discontinue digital features when reasonably necessary.
Account Suspension and Termination
ChessMaster may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, cheat, abuse other users, or attempt to harm the platform.
Suspension or termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previously purchased products, subscriptions, or digital services, except where required by applicable law.
